Dr. Tom Koustis,
Dentist
I am a graduate of Case Western Reserve University, and I have a BA in Biology. I have been practicing dentistry in Willoughby since 1992. I have a D.D.S. degree from CWRU, and a BS degree from Hiram college. I have been married to my wife Rose for 25 years. I have 2 kids in college, Alex and Christine. In my spare time I love to play golf and travel.
Jo Jopek,
Team Leader
I started my dental career as a dental assistant in 1979 and graduated from Case Western Reserve University E.F.D.A. program in 1990. I have enjoyed spending the last 13+ years working for Dr. Koustis as Team Leader. I have worked here since 2003!
When I am not at the office I spend a lot of time boxing at the gym, cooking, gardening, & enjoying time with my husband, daughter, and dog.
Lydia Rudin,
Hygienist
I began my career in dentistry 16 years ago as a chair side dental assistant/hygiene assistant. Quickly realizing the passion I had for this type of work and for my patients. I decided to further my career and obtained an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Lakeland Community College in 2008. I
I truly enjoy the personal relationships I form with my patients and the ability to make them calm and comfortable during their appointments. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, two daughters, and dog. We enjoy going to the park, gardening, bird watching, and cooking as a family.
Amy DiCicco, Dental Assistant
I started my career at Cleveland Institute of Dental Assisting. I have been a chair side assistant 22 years and I love it. I enjoy the personal relationships I form with my patients and the ability to make sure their calm and comfortable at their dental appointment. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my daughters. I have a passion for cooking delicious foods.

I have worked in the medical field for 26 years the last one was with Dr. Koustis and his team. I enjoy working with them and the patients.

When not at work, I enjoy being with my three boys. I also enjoy cooking and trying new recipes.
